- Automatic gas pollution control systems not only warn of an emergency, but also help to cope with it: in case of detection of malfunctions, the SACZ system turns on light and sound signals and blocks the gas supply. The system is sensitive even to small changes in the composition of the air, therefore it provides a high level of safety.
- SAKZ-MK-1 HOUSEHOLD consists of a signaling device SZ-1GT (natural gas)/the signaling device SZ-3-1C (liquefied gas) and the valve KZEUG (from Ø15 mm. up to Ø32 mm.). The kit includes a connecting cable 3 meters long with soldered connectors.
- SAKZ-MK-2 HOUSEHOLD consists of a signaling device SZ-1 (SZ-3 for liquefied), a signaling device SZ-2 and a valve KZEUG (from Ø15 mm. to Ø32 mm.) The kit includes connecting cables with connectors.
- The SAKZ-MK®-1 system consists of a SZ-1 (natural gas)/ SZ-3 (liquefied gas) alarm, a KZEUG or KZGEM-U valve (DN = 15-150, PN — up to 0.4 MPa), a connecting cable with connectors 10 meters long (a different length is possible on request).
- The SAKZ-MK-2 system consists of signaling devices SZ-1 (natural gas) / SZ-3 (liquefied gas) and SZ-2 (carbon monoxide), a BSU block, a KZEUG or KZGEM-U valve (DN = 15-150, PN — up to 0.4 MPa), a connecting cable with connectors 10 meters long (other lengths are possible on request).
- The SAKZ-MK-3 system consists of the signaling devices SZ-1 (natural gas) / SZ-3 (liquefied gas) and SZ-2 (carbon monoxide), the BSU-K block, the valve KZEUG or KZGEM-U (DN = 15-150, PN — up to 0.4 MPa), the remote control PD (with the possibility of connecting via radio channel), a connecting cable with connectors 10 meters long (on request, a different length is possible). The standard delivery is an energy—dependent system with two thresholds. It is possible to connect the SAKZ-MK®-3 to a GSM detector. It is also possible to work with valves from other manufacturers.
- The SAKZ-MK-3S system consists of a signaling device SZ-1C (natural gas) and (or) SZ-3S (liquefied gas), SZ-2S (carbon monoxide), BSU-CS (via a wired RS485 interface or via a 433MHz radio channel) PD-S and a valve KZGEM-U (from Ø15 mm to Ø150 mm). The SAKZ-MK-3S system can also work with valves from other manufacturers.
- The STM-CIT system is a hardware and software complex consisting of the following main parts (levels):
- The lowest level is the devices themselves ("SAKZ" signaling devices, etc.), actuators (valves) with control circuits. At this level, primary measurements of the environment are made by gas contamination, emergency situations are determined (exceeding emergency thresholds), gas supply is blocked by valves, etc. To work in the telemetry control system, all devices have the ability to remotely connect to them and read their status. In this case, the data transmission channels can be different – a wired channel or a wireless (radio) channel.
- The level of information acquisition controllers and BSU-CS blocks. At this level, data is collected from lower-level devices installed in regular locations and information is prepared for transmission to the central control room. This level is required to reduce the number of communication lines to the central point, as well as to transmit additional parameters of boiler installations. The equipment at this level reads the status of all signaling devices and valves responsible for a particular node. Information is collected either via wired or wireless (radio) communication channels. Transmission to the central control room can be carried out over wired networks (Ethernet or fiber optic lines), as well as over GSM networks (GPRS, 3G connection). It is also possible to provide duplication of communication channels for redundancy and ensuring higher reliability of the system.
- The level of the central control room or central information collection point is a set of hardware and software tools for receiving data, processing it, archiving it, detecting emergency events, logging system operation and generating reports. As a hardware part, the implementation of this level requires modern server equipment with a direct reliable network connection to all data collection controllers. This can be either a direct wired connection over local networks, or an Internet connection, as well as a wired or GSM/GPRS network.
